I’m Jodi Lee, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and gut health expert.

A Little More About Me

I was looking for more than a quick fix – yes, I felt horrible and wanted to feel better but I didn’t want to take a bunch of drugs and pretend everything was fine. I wanted to make lifelong changes, preferably ones that really worked on the root of the problem. And I was quite passionate about helping others avoid the long painful scary journey I had. This happened for me when I attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I was always interested in health, but when I graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I wanted to create a practice that would help people take small steps towards lifelong, sustainable changes. Not just the basic common sense stuff, but the practitioner approved gut altering proven steps that truly affect your wellbeing. I’ve been doing that now for several years and I love my work.

I wanted to create a foundational gut program that everyone could take as a first step to uncovering their true vibrant health.
