Spring is pretty well on it’s way out and summer is heating up! Are you ready and feeling your best to head into the glorious hot days of sundresses and sandals?

Your body is very clever and will bundle up toxins and wastes into extra fat pockets and hide them away from your sensitive internal organs. It’s trying to protect you but is so overburdened it basically has to shove it in a closet until later.
You experience this not only in symptoms like headaches, joint pain, poor skin, lower immunity, digestive issues, constipation but also as extra weight and puffiness.
Simple solution. Cleanse the liver.
- Drink lemon water upon rising.
- Exercise daily to sweat out toxins.

Our livers are very good at their job but it’s like the pipes in your sink. The pipes know how to drain things really well until you overburden them and don’t clean them out regularly. All the backed up sludge is stuck in the body and it weighs you down.

- 10 asparagus stalks
- 2 cucumbers
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 green apple
- Juice of 1 lemon
Add to a juicer in this order. Enjoy immediately.
